Defective Items Only: We accept returns only for defective items. Defective items are those that have flaws in materials or workmanship that render them unusable or significantly different from what was ordered.
Notification Period: Customers must notify us of any defective items within 30 days of receiving the product. Notification beyond this period may not be eligible for return.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@valuedriventherapy.com. You will be required to provide details of the defect along with supporting evidence such as photographs. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@valuedriventherapy.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the defect. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
No Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges for custom-made products. If you wish to replace a defective item, you will need to place a new order.
