Individual Therapy
Over the course of 3-6 months, we'll work closely together to track your progress and build resilience. You're getting skills to help you with feeling calm, at peace, and content. These sessions are 50-55 minutes.

OCD Intensives
Get results sooner if your OCD feels like its 24/7 and you're ready to have it behind you. We'll meet 3 times per week for 3 weeks. While we meet often, the therapy is at a pace that works for you.

OCD can spin you into panic. Overcome excessive worry, nervousness, fear, & panic through exposure response prevention (ERP). If you have worry that makes feel like you’re going to die, your palms sweat, or has your thoughts racing; You can learn how to deal with your stress better.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Are you having unwanted thoughts that hang around too long? Themes can shift from worrying about hurting yourself, to terrified of throwing up (Emetophobia). You can achieve results like calming your mind to a place that is not ruled by OCD.
